I had mainboard Issue and then I could not correct my Windows Clock , if I Shut down my computer Windows time stop to working, I have replaced the CMOS battery but Problem doesn’t solved , maybe I should try to update my BIOS but I have already damaged my old mainboard during the BIOS update therefore I have coded a small Application “Update Time”
Please copy it into “start up folder” to Automatically update the System Date and System Time with a system tray mesage, if you don’t want to see the tray info just run it with /s parameter

I’ve just tested. It seems it can change the time even if the difference is too big (limitatition of "resync" command). Keep up the good work!
Thank you! My notebook’s CMOS battery holder doesn’t work properly and it is a hassle to resync the time every time I disconnect it from power. Will this tool be able to resync the time if time difference is too high (several years)?
